At Sutemo, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every smart home appliance purchase. Should you find yourself needing to return an item or request a refund, we've outlined our policy below to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Not Entirely Pleased with Your Selection?

If your new smart home gadget isn't quite what you expected, or if it doesn't perfectly align with your needs, please don't hesitate to get in touch. To help us understand your situation quickly, we kindly ask that you include a snapshot of the product you received, along with a brief explanation of why it didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us continuously improve our product offerings and customer experience.

Please be aware that return requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your item. Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests made after this 14-day period.

Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with a defect or isn't functioning as it should, we’re here to help. We take full responsibility for any issues arising from manufacturing or shipping mishaps. To expedite the resolution, please provide us with photographs that clearly show the damage or defect – for example, a cracked screen, missing components, or operational failures. Clear images taken on a level surface with any tags still attached are extremely helpful. Once we’ve reviewed the photos and confirmed the issue, we will promptly arrange a replacement for you. In most cases, returning the defective item won’t be necessary. These images also assist our quality control processes, helping us prevent similar issues in the future.

It's important to note that our warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to:

  • Damage resulting from accidents
  • Damage due to misuse or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Discoloration or material degradation from prolonged sun exposure
  • Changes or modifications made after purchase

Just like with general returns, please notify us of any damaged or defective items within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full replacement.

Order Did Not Arrive?

If your order hasn't been delivered within the expected timeframe, you have the option to request either a full refund or a replacement shipment. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details, and we’ll look into it immediately.

Key points to keep in mind:

  • Claims for non-receipt must be made within 60 days (2 months) from your order date. Beyond this period, tracking information may no longer be available, which can limit our ability to assist.
  • Once a refund is approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This timeframe can vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will always be issued back to your original payment method. After we’ve processed your refund, it may take a few business days for your financial institution to make the funds available in your account. Here’s a general guide to refund timelines:

  • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days

If you don’t see the refund reflected in your account after these timeframes, we recommend reaching out to your bank or card issuer for more details.
